Processing & Lead Times:

Made-to-Order Items: Our lead time for made-to-order items is 4 to 6 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Please note that this time is required for the craftsmanship and production of each custom rug.

Ready-to-Ship Items: For ready-to-ship items, we dispatch within 5-7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Shipping Carrier & Delivery Time:
We use our trusted shipping partner for all deliveries.

Once your order is dispatched, you can expect it to arrive within 10-14 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States / Worldwide.

Custom Taxes & Duties:
Duties & Taxes Excluded.

Order Insurance:
For your peace of mind, all items are insured during transit. In the rare event that your item is damaged during shipping, we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can track your shipment in real-time through our carrier’s website.

Exchange & Returns:
Rug Exchange: If you wish to exchange a rug, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for detailed instructions.

Other Items: Items can be exchanged in accordance with the guidelines provided in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@humminghaus.com. Since all our shipments are insured, we will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue quickly.
